Del Rio Skate Garden

The Del Rio Skate Garden is the world’s first ground up municipal skate garden. Merging classical composition with parametric design, it forms a sculptural terrain with integrated native plant garden beds, flowing concrete lines, and a monumental fountain pool. More than a skatepark, it is a living landscape. An interactive civic artwork where movement, memory, and geometry converge. Designed through generative modeling and public dialogue, it reimagines urban space as poetic infrastructure.

Waco Pipeline

The City of Waco set out to create a world-class destination that embodies its bold vision as the board sport capital of Texas. The Waco Pipeline delivers on that promise with a striking, sculptural design unlike anything else in the region.

This next-generation skatepark offers riders an unforgettable experience, where lines weave over and under each other, creating moments of energy, flow, and connection. Inspired by the power of nature, the terrain shifts between the rush of cruising through a perfect ocean barrel and the surreal sensation of skating across the surface of the moon.

This skate dot is seamlessly integrated into a stormwater retention area, creating a sustainable hybrid space that serves both community and environmental needs. Designed for accessibility, the micro layout features mellow pump bumps, beginner-friendly ledges, and gradual quarter-pipe pockets, offering a safe and inviting introduction to new riders.

The Jarrell Basin delivers a smooth, flowing ride that’s perfect for all ages and skill levels, with a special focus on welcoming beginners and fostering skill development within the heart of the community.

Marble Falls Skatepark

Client: City of Marble Falls

Marble Falls was listed as one of the World’s Most Unique Skateparks in the 2020 edition of the Public Skatepark Development Guide. The 12,000 SQFT park incorporates granite and marble from the local stone quarry and features some of the most exciting features in the United States.

Hutto Skatepark

Client: City of Hutto

The Hutto Skatepark is a futurist skateboarding instrument, engineered for versatility and flow. Its irregular, trapezoidal form maximizes every square foot, creating a state-of-the-art environment within a compact footprint.

The park is organized into 3 distinct districts, each offering unique challenges and experiences. At the same time, its layout seamlessly connects these zones, allowing riders to link long, looping lines that carry them through the entire park without interruption.

The result is a highly adaptive, efficient design that pushes the boundaries of what a contemporary skatepark can achieve.

Lockhart Skatepark

Client: City of Lockhart

Lockhart Skatepark is all about flowy loopy lines and big opportunities for airs. There are a number of signature elements including a deathbox doorway, a 10 foot high bank wall, mosaic tile, and stone pool coping. This 15,000 SQFT skatepark is fun for all ages and is a frequent stop for pro skaters touring Central Texas.

Round Rock Skatepark

Client: City of Round Rock

Round Rock Skatepark is a 14,000 SQFT park constructed by Doug King with the assistance of Parthenon Custom Concrete. The park features a full street course, flow area with a pool style love-seat corner and remains one of the most widely used parks in Austin.

World Skate Olympic Courses

Client: World Skate

The 2020 World Skate Championships were the qualifying events for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, the first time skateboarding was featured in the Olympics. We built 4 large competition skateparks for the Olympic qualifying competitions in Nanjing, Beijing, and Shanghai.

Ojai Valley School

Client: Ojai Valley School + Oster Design Collective

Ojai Valley School is a co-educational independent boarding school in the Ojai Valley near the city of Ojai, California, United States. They approached skateECOSYSTEMS to design a skatepark that was environmentally regenerative and beginner friendly, under the direction of Professional surfer and skateboarder, Scott Oster. Construction to commence in August of 2026.

Brooklyn Snake Run

Client: New York City Department of Parks & Recreation

In partnership with the famous skatepark design builder, John O’Malley, who invented the term “skatepark” while designing Carlsbad Skatepark in Northern San Diego in 1976, skateECOSYSTEMS provided the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation schematic designs for a 20,000 SQFT concrete snake run. The project is currently in the design development phase.

Cottonwood Shores Skatepark

Client: City of Cottonwood Shores

The Cottonwood Shores Skatepark was built to preserve an 80-year-old live oak tree, integrating it as the park’s central feature. Its sculptural concrete forms flow naturally with the Texas Hill Country landscape, creating a seamless connection between design and environment.
